Caroline Pulver
Caroline Pulver works on driving financial inclusion through G2P payments. She has over 20 years of experience in financial services. For the last 14 years she has specialised in poverty reduction, with a focus on payment delivery mechanisms for cash transfer programmes (social protection and humanitarian). She has worked with Governments and Development Agencies across Africa (Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Rwanda, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia), the Middle East (Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen), Asia (India, Indonesia, Laos, Nepal, the Philippines) and in the Caribbean (Jamaica, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines). Caroline is a freelance consultant, based in Nairobi. "Caroline is currently working with MSC on a feasibility study for digital payment infrastructure in Kaduna State, Nigeria."
