Monica Christy is a Manager in MSC’s Country Program Development domain in Indonesia. She has more than 10 years of experience in projects with non-profit organizations, international funding agencies, and UN Agencies in Indonesia. Her areas of expertise include project management, program design and evaluation, MSMEs, gender equality, and women’s economic empowerment.
Before joining MSC, Monica was a Program Coordinator at the MAMPU program. She undertook various roles, such as program management, stakeholder relationships, and specialist work in women’s economic empowerment and employment. She holds a PGDip in Sustainable Local Economic Development from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Netherlands, an MSc in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from the University of Leeds, UK, and a BA in Communication and Media Management from the University of South Australia, Australia. She is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
