Poulomi is a Manager in MSC’s Digital Inclusive Development domain in India. She works in the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion practice and is a social and gender development specialist with over five years of experience gained through projects with development banks, international funding agencies, MFIs, and community-based institutions in Bangladesh, India, and Nepal. Her areas of expertise include project management, program design and evaluation, M&E, gender mainstreaming in livelihoods and other projects, and capacity development.

Before joining MSC, Poulomi was a Senior Consultant at the Government Reforms and Infrastructure Development domain of the PwC India advisory, where she undertook various roles, from conducting feasibility and scoping studies to building capacities of state transmission utilities and NBFIs to policy recommendations and technical assistance design.   She holds an M.Phil. and a Master’s degree with a specialization in Sociology and gender from Savitribai Phule Pune University in Maharashtra, India. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and spoken Bengali.
