He holds a Master’s in Development Evaluation and Management from the University of Antwerp in Belgium. He has a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects across South Asia, Africa, and Europe. He is highly skilled in conducting large-scale experimental and quasi-experimental impact evaluations, employing innovative evaluation designs and approaches.
