Dr. Manmohan Singh is a Manager in MSC’s Government and Social Impact (GSI) domain in India. He is a public health professional with more than nine years of experience gained through strategically managing and implementing public health interventions across various states in India. His areas of expertise include project management, program design, program implementation, capacity building, quality accreditations, and field research.

Before joining MSC, Dr. Manmohan Singh was the State Specialist Quality at the India Health Action Trust. He was responsible for the roll-out of the LaQshya program, strengthening the labor rooms and operation theaters in the designated district women’s hospitals in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India. Manmohan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from Indira Gandhi Government Dental College, University of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the IIPH Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He is fluent in Hindi and English.
