Edward Obiko is a Senior Manager and Practice Group Leader in the Digital Financial Services domain in MSC Anglophone Africa. He works in Nairobi, Kenya. He has 15 years of experience in digital financial services, product innovation, and web and mobile solution integration.

Edward has extensive experience in market research for digital financial services, institutional assessments to launch DFS, behavioral research, channel development, innovative product development using human-centered design, and marketing and communications strategies. His areas of expertise also include information technology platforms, the development of business processes, media planning, and creative communication strategies, including social media optimization. Edward also has hands-on experience developing, pilot testing, and evaluating digital financial services for backend and frontend systems.

Before joining MSC, Edward worked with the Bank of Africa Kenya (BOA-K), responsible for first- and second-level technical support for Electronic and Mobile Banking solutions across various platforms. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications. He is proficient in English and Swahili.
