Atulya Mishra is a Senior Manager in MSC’s Digital Inclusive Development domain in India. He has more than eight years of experience in development program implementation, digital financial services, and MSME finance.

His expertise lies in strategy-building for public and private sectors, behavioral research, product and process design, product roll-outs, and providing training and capacity-building support to microfinance and MSME finance institutions in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Malawi, Myanmar, and the Philippines. He also has experience in the implementation, management, and assessment of key social sector schemes of the Government of India. Atulya’s recent work focuses on designing and executing programs addressing gender issues, challenges in the informal economy, and the future of work.

Atulya holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Forest Management with a specialization in Development Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
