Aneesh Gulati is a Senior Manager in MSC’s Inclusive Banking and Enterprise Development domain in India. He has more than 10 years of domain expertise in the general insurance sector with in-depth knowledge of end-to-end execution, underwriting and claims, product development, and capacity building of rural insurance and microinsurance products.

He also has experience in the implementation of digital financial services. Aneesh has worked in micro and agriculture insurance in Asia (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the UAE), Africa (Kenya and Uganda), and the Pacific Islands (Fiji and PNG) . He has provided technical assistance to multiple agencies on agriculture and livestock insurance, and other micro-insurance products, including landscape study, designing and structuring insurance programs, product training, pilot testing, and roll-out.

Before joining MSC, Aneesh was an Assistant Vice President at Edelweiss Gallagher Insurance Brokers Ltd., where he was responsible for developing and managing the rural and micro insurance portfolio. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma from the Institute of Rural Management Anand, specializing in Rural Management in 2012. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
