Job Description:

The Associate Partner should have responsibilities that will not be limited to-

  • Statistical analysis : involves performing advanced techniques such as regression, multivariate analysis, time series analysis, and predictive modeling to derive meaningful insights from data.

  • Evaluation studies : focus on designing and developing comprehensive frameworks, methodologies, and plans specifically aimed at assessing the effectiveness, impact, and outcomes of various programs or initiatives.

  • Data Management: Manage and pre-process large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for analysis; collaborate with data engineers or analysts for data extraction and cleansing.

  • Model Development: Develop, validate, and implement statistical models to address complex business problems, enhance processes, or predict future trends and outcomes.

  • Interpretation and Reporting: Interpret statistical findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders, presenting results through reports, presentations, or visualizations.

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, business analysts, and decision-makers, to integrate statistical analyses into business strategies.
  • Methodology Improvement: Stay updated on emerging statistical methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance analytical techniques and contribute to continuous improvement in the field.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of statistical analyses by following best practices and adhering to industry standards.

  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior statisticians or team members to support their professional development and growth
Business Development:

It involves developing and executing strategies aimed at driving business growth while establishing strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role requires exceptional leadership and strategic thinking, along with a deep understanding of market dynamics to achieve organizational objectives effectively.







Requirements

  • PhD preferred
