• Planning and Implementation: Support the planning and execution of medium to large technical assistance assignments, ensuring efficient delivery in line with project requirements.
  

• Ensure the quality of deliverables such as report writing, data analysis, training courses, research papers, curriculum development, and technical assistance.
  
• Client Interaction: If required, work from the client's location and act as a representative of MSC. Serve as a point of contact for all client interactions and provide operational/technical support as per agreed terms.
  

• Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging issues in sustainable agriculture, food systems, and related focus areas.
  
•  Support Senior Management: Assist senior management and leadership in    planning and executing business development activities.
  
•   Proposal Development: Support or lead the creation of concept                  notes/proposals, including conceptualizing, drafting, and refining      proposals for potential projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's Degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or Rural Management
  
• Master's in Rural Development or Agriculture Engineering
  
• Master's in Public Policy or Public Administration
  
• Relevant Master's Degree in related areas
  

• Proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate research findings into actionable insights
