Job Description:

Business Execution

Lead consulting engagements on technology policy and innovation, focusing on digital public infrastructure (DPI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in India and internationally, including:
Understanding client challenges, conducting in-depth analysis, formulating practical recommendations, and presenting them to clients and stakeholders
Supporting clients and stakeholders in implementing technology policy initiatives, such as establishing and managing Innovation Labs, Hackathons, etc.
Managing day-to-day stakeholder interactions, client relations, and project oversight
Supervise Analysts and Associates as needed for engagement delivery
Develop high-quality notes, presentations, and reports for consulting engagements
Attend client and official meetings within India and abroad
Represent CRT and MSC at various workshops, conferences, and events in India and internationally.

Business Development:

Create high-quality pitch decks, concept notes, and proposals for potential clients and stakeholders
Contribute to thought leadership by writing analytical policy briefs, op-eds, reports, and other thematic publications
Plan and lead digital campaigns on MSC’s focus areas

Professional Development

Take relevant courses and training to deepen expertise in DPI, AI, innovation, sandbox, etc.
Actively support team-building and capacity-building for Analysts and Associates
Give and seek feedback regularly from team members
