Job Description:

Business Execution

  • Lead consulting engagements on technology policy and innovation, focusing on digital public infrastructure (DPI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in India and internationally, including:
  • Understanding client challenges, conducting in-depth analysis, formulating practical recommendations, and presenting them to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting clients and stakeholders in implementing technology policy initiatives, such as establishing and managing Innovation Labs, Hackathons, etc.
  • Managing day-to-day stakeholder interactions, client relations, and project oversight
  • Supervise Analysts and Associates as needed for engagement delivery
  • Develop high-quality notes, presentations, and reports for consulting engagements
  • Attend client and official meetings within India and abroad
  • Represent CRT and MSC at various workshops, conferences, and events in India and internationally.
Business Development:

  • Create high-quality pitch decks, concept notes, and proposals for potential clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to thought leadership by writing analytical policy briefs, op-eds, reports, and other thematic publications
  • Plan and lead digital campaigns on MSC’s focus areas
Professional Development

  • Take relevant courses and training to deepen expertise in DPI, AI, innovation, sandbox, etc.
  • Actively support team-building and capacity-building for Analysts and Associates
  • Give and seek feedback regularly from team members



Requirements

Qualifications

  • BTech in Computer Science/IT
  • MBA/MPP/LLB
Other Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in technology policy
