At MSC, we're seeking a talented Analyst to join our Data Insights team in New Delhi! In this role, you will play a key role in supporting cutting-edge research projects focused on applying AI and machine learning to make a positive impact across various sectors. Essential Skills:
  • Expertise in data analysis methods and tools, with a strong focus on Python.
  • Skilled in data mining, machine learning techniques (including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision), and statistical analysis.
  • Proficient in advanced data visualisation using libraries such as Matplotlib and Sea born, as well as platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of converting complex data insights and machine learning models into actionable recommendations.
Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of top-tier research projects centred on advanced Machine Learning, AI, and data analysis.
  • Engage in project initiation meetings to comprehend client requirements and convert them into practical data science strategies.
  • Undertake smaller research projects applying machine learning and AI techniques, with guidance.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis using sophisticated methods, machine learning models, and statistical tools.
  • Create clear and impactful data visualisations to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Assist in report writing and data analysis activities, emphasising the business implications of the findings.
  • Work closely with senior data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning solutions.
  • Aid in the review of training materials and the creation of internal tools related to Machine Learning and AI.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in project setup and debrief meetings, assessing the technical viability of machine learning solutions.
  • Conduct "Quality of Delivery" reviews with team members post-project, evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented machine learning models.
  • Commit to self-improvement by actively seeking knowledge and certifications in the latest Machine Learning and AI advancements, such as transformers, LLMs, and generative AI.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's (preferred) or Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, with experience in applied machine learning projects.
  • Familiarity with ML/AI algorithms or relevant certifications.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in statistics, econometrics, machine learning, and AI for data analysis projects.
  • Working with text, image, and time series data is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Building and deploying ML models in production.
  • Passion: Strong interest in the latest ML/AI advancements (e.g., transformers, large language models, generative AI).
