• Experience working with multicultural distributed teams across different time zones, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Preferred experience in Digital identity, digital public infrastructure (DPI), data sharing, trust services (e.g., e-signatures, PKI), data hosting, and their intersection with one or more development outcomes in health, financial inclusion, social protection, etc.
  

• Contribute to the development of policy notes, tool kits, frameworks, and presentations for various technology-related opportunities and projects.
  
• Provide strategic and operational insights for initiatives/projects and brainstorm new areas of focus.
  
• Translate MSC leadership's strategic guidance into actionable tasks and monitor progress closely.
  
• Offer technical advisory and project management assistance to government and private sector clients.
