Business Development
  • Establish partnerships with mainstream banks and central banks in targeted regions across Asia and Africa.
  • Take charge of business development activities, encompassing the creation of proposals, client presentations, and pitches.
  • Recognize emerging market trends and pinpoint growth opportunities within the BFSI sector.
  • Work closely with multiple MSC teams and marketing teams to generate leads and convert prospects.
  • Offer strategic direction and leadership within the banking and financial institution consulting practice.
Business Execution
  • Act as the representative of MSC in industry forums, conferences, and seminars.
  • Author articles, white papers, or thought leadership pieces on trends and insights in the BFSI sector.
  • Establish and nurture a robust network within the industry while maintaining professional affiliations.
  • Provide high-value consulting services to guarantee client satisfaction and project success.
  • Take charge of leading and overseeing a team of consultants, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
  • Offer mentorship, guidance, quality control, and professional development opportunities for team members.
