The ideal candidate should possess a deep
understanding of inclusive finance, encompassing digital transformation,
ecosystem digitization, branchless banking, electronic payments,
electronic money, and interoperability. They should have hands-on
experience in digitizing agricultural value chain payments and
demonstrate technical proficiency in digital financial services, fintech
innovation, and project management. Strong organizational skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure and meet
deadlines are essential. Exceptional English and French communication,
writing, and presentation skills are required. A strong passion for
inclusive finance, sharp business acumen, robust business analysis
capabilities, and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy clients
are highly desirable. Prior consulting or research experience is a
valuable advantage.
The Senior Manager – Digital Financial Services will
take the lead in providing clients with top-notch technical support
while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and adherence to
deadlines. Offer guidance and support to junior team members as needed
to foster their professional growth. Be an integral part of the
organization’s development by embodying teamwork and upholding its
cultural values and reputation. Produce valuable knowledge resources by
identifying critical insights, lessons, and best practices from various
client projects across different locations. Demonstrate a high level of
flexibility, as over 50% of your time will be spent on-site for
