Currently works with BRAC as Digital Innovation and Implementation Lead. BRAC is a leading NGO in the world, creating opportunities across 11 countries in Asia and Africa.

Mercy worked as Assistant Manager in the Digital Financial Services while at MSC. Her work involved projects on the Agent Network Accelerator (ANA) programme which encompasses research, training and consulting. She has also worked with a number of organizations across Africa and Asia.
