In his current capacity as Assistant General Manager (Marketing) with India Post Payments Bank (IPPB), Vishwanath handles 360 degree of the marketing function including Branding, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, CSR & Public Relations.

Vishwanath is extremely passionate about & connected to Banking & Financial Services domain and has got excellent networking with bankers, insurance providers & regulators in India. He brings along with him rich professional experience of over 17 years in the financial services industry. Prior to IPPB, Vishwanath worked with India First Life Insurance Co., Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co., IDBI Federal Life Insurance Co. & SKS Microfinance (Now BFIL-a subsidiary of Indusind Bank) in various capacities across Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Product Development, Client Management, Business Strategy and Operations. He brings technical expertise on rural finance & an in-depth insight on the rural distribution models with a strong focus on Financial Inclusion. He has been an enthusiastic participant & panel speaker at various national & international forums.
