Suzanne is currently working as an Independent Consultant. She is a seasoned retail banker and passionate trainer pursuing growth in financial inclusion consultancy for the financially excluded people across the globe.

Suzanne worked as a Consultant in the Digital Financial Services domain of MSC, at UNHCR Zambia. She has over 12 years of experience in Banking and Inclusive Finance, having worked in markets such as Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Nigeria and Zambia. She has conducted market research and provided technical support and training to banks, MFIs, NGOs, and savings groups. Over the years, she has developed a skills set in market research with a behavioral lens, offering technical assistance, product development, process mapping, strategy development, policies and guidelines, refugee payments, and customer service, etc.
