Dr. Sheetal Prasad is an Assistant Manager in MSC’s Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Practice.

She is a Delhi University graduate with a gold medal and holds an M.A. and M.Phil and Ph.D. degree in women empowerment from Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, India. She has been a faculty member at Delhi University and is an author with over 9 years of research experience at the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Personnel, PG and Pensions, Government of India. Her areas of expertise include research, documentation, project management, data analysis, evidence-based policy advisory, programme design and evaluation, and social sector development. She specializes in gender advocacy, international relations, and public policy.
