Ritika Singh

Ritika is a Manager in MSC’s Government and Social Impact (GSI) domain focused on Public Finance Management in India. She works in New Delhi, India and is an Economics and Policy Analyst with over 5 years of experience gained through projects with government ministries, policy think tanks, and research institutes in India. Her areas of expertise include project management, research and policy analysis, social and economic development, and financial sector development. She specialises in economic research, public policy, quantitative models, and strategy planning and implementation.

A few examples of her recent work are as follows:

  • Report on global debt landscape and debt resolution framework working for the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance (MoF), India. The report provides valuable insights into the global debt landscape, which will inform India’s position on establishing a strong debt resolution framework during its G20 presidency.
  • Submitted a report to inform policy on logistics and trade facilitation in India for Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister. The report assessed key challenges in logistics development and associated commerce and designed an action agenda to make India one of the most efficient and effective places for doing trade.
Before joining MSC, Ritika was a Consultant at National Institute of Public Finance and Policy where she undertook various roles, from economic and financial sector analysis to policy development. She holds master’s degree with specialisation in Public Policy and Economics from the University College London and Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics in Pune, respectively. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
