Monica is a Manager in MSC’s Indonesia office. She has over 10 years of experience gained through numerous development projects with non-profit organization, international donors agencies, UN agencies, and the Government of Indonesia.

Her areas of expertise include, project management, programme design and evaluation in the areas of MSMEs, gender equality and social inclusion, and women economic empowerment. She holds a MSc in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship (University of Leeds, UK), Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Local Economic Development (Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Netherland), and BA in Communication and Media Management (University of South Australia, Australia).
