Poulomi Ghosh is a Manager with the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) practice group at MSC.

Poulomi has more than seven years of experience that spans academics, research, and consulting. As a gender and social development specialist, she has focused on women’s economic empowerment through strengthening livelihoods, mainstreaming gender into development sector projects, environmental and social safeguarding for large infrastructure projects, capacity building for donors and their government stakeholders on safeguard policies, and research. She has worked with development banks, international funding agencies, MFIs, and community-based institutions in Bangladesh, India, and Nepal.
