Partha Ghosh is a Senior Manager at MSC’s climate change & sustainability practice. He is an expert in green finance, climate-risk management for financial institutions, valuation and due diligence of financial institutions, agriculture finance, and MSME financing, with over 13 years of experience in banking, consulting, and microfinance. He has worked in India, Bangladesh, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Timor-Leste, and Papua New Guinea.

Partha has offered technical advisory to international development organizations, development finance institutions, commercial banks, microfinance institutions, and commercial banks in the areas of climate impact and climate risk assessment, sovereign CDRF strategy, blended finance for climate adaptive agriculture, and climate action strategy. Partha has worked with MSC, Arohan Financial Services Limited, and Axis Bank Limited. He has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Symbiosis International University, Pune in 2009. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
