Oliver Barasa has over nine years of experience in agricultural value chains, livelihood programs, financial inclusion, and research in Africa and Southeast Asia. He was a Senior Analyst at MSC where he tackled research assignments agricultural finance. His work focuses on the design and delivery of financial inclusion solutions through market research, value-chain analysis, sub-sector and institutional analysis, strategy development, process diagnostics, and pilot test and roll out.
