Neha is an Assistant Manager in MSC’s Digital Inclusive Development domain in India, specializing in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion. With five years of experience in research, consulting, and project management, she has successfully collaborated with government bodies, multilateral organizations, and donor agencies. Her area of expertise are financial inclusion, agriculture, and gender mainstreaming in livelihoods.

Before joining MSC, Neha served as a Manager at ACCESS Development Services. Prior to that, she worked at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, on the UK India Education and Research Initiative (UKIERI) in collaboration with the University of Essex and IIM Bangalore, she worked on a project titled: mainstreaming the financial inclusion agenda in India. Neha holds an M.Phil. from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a Master of Arts in Development, with a specialization in Livelihoods, from Azim Premji University, Bangalore.
