Naini serves as an Assistant Manager in MSC's Inclusive Banking and Enterprise Development (IB&ED) domain in India. With over three years of experience as a strategy consultant, she specializes in program management, government advisory, policy development and implementation, and policy analysis.

Naini has collaborated with various state governments across India to enhance micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), foster cluster development, and create livelihood opportunities. She was involved in formulating the MSME strategy for Andhra Pradesh in partnership with NITI Aayog, focusing on key sectors such as Agriculture, Textiles, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM), and Automobiles. Her work includes initiatives aimed at advancing financial inclusion through responsible finance practices and promoting financial literacy among low- and medium-income groups. Additionally, she brings valuable expertise in stakeholder management and capacity building for both institutions and individuals.
