Louie Lanzador Cepe is a Senior Manager in MSC’s Indonesia Country Development Programme. He is a financial inclusion consultant with eight years’ experience gained through projects with banks, microfinance institutions, cooperatives, and digital finance service providers in India, Myanmar, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Louie has implemented projects involving strategic business planning, market research, product development, financial capability development, business process re-engineering, product costing and activity-based costing, value chain/ agri-finance, MSME finance, digital financial services, agent network management, risk and treasury management, and social performance management.
