Elizabeth Littlefield is an American financial executive who served as the Chair, President, and CEO of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC)—the development finance institution of the U.S. government. Earlier in her career, she spent 17 years at JP Morgan and was in charge of the capital markets and financing across Africa, the Middle East, Eastern, and Central Europe, and the former Soviet Union. Elizabeth has also been the Director of the World Bank and CEO of the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP).
