Dr. Babur Wasim is a Research and Evaluation professional with cross-functional expertise in poverty reduction strategies, employment generation, education and human capital, and SMEs development. He has over 10 years of experience of working in different projects implemented in various countries and funded by USAID, DFID, AUSAID, GIZ, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and other donors. He has expertise in and passion for program evaluation, social quantitative and qualitative research. Babur has a Doctorate in Development Economics from GRIPS, Tokyo.
