Diya Chatterjee is an Analyst in MSC’s Payments and Distribution Domain. She is trained in Economics and International Development with research experience

From being a research scholar at the Economics Department at the University of Bath, UK and working as a research consultant for an NGO in Kolkata, India. Recently, she has worked on the BCNM landscape study, IPPB digitization project, Financial Inclusion Lab and other Covid-19 impact studies funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and JPMC in India. Before joining MSC, Diya was a research scholar at the University of Bath, where she undertook various roles, from setting up and managing secondary and primary research to policy development and technical assistance for the Department of Economics. She holds a MSc in International Development with specialization in Economics from the The University of Bath. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
