Diganta Nayak is Manager in MSC’s Digital Financial Services domain focused on Government and Social Impact in India. He has nearly five years of experience gained through projects with the central and state governments, think tanks, academic institutions, and donors in the development sector. His areas of interest include policy design, evaluating government social schemes, e-governance advisory implementing & assessing bulk payment systems, data analysis, process re-engineering, project management, DFS assessment, Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) preparation, and social impact analysis.

• Before joining MSC, Diganta was a System Engineer and Developer at Tata Consultancy Services Pvt Limited where he worked on multiple projects with major leading clients. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forest Management with a specialization in Environment Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management in Bhopal.
