His areas of interest include policy design, evaluating government social schemes, e-governance advisory implementing & assessing bulk payment systems, data analysis, process re-engineering, project management, DFS assessment, Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) preparation, and social impact analysis.

  • Developing Climate Disaster Risk Finance (CDRF) strategy guideline for Fiji funded by UNCDF. (2021-2022)

  • Enabling smart contracts and virtual treasury for the PMGSY program funded by MoRD and BMGF. (2021-Ongoing)

  • Technical Assistance on Treasury Single Account (TSA) and Smart Contracts (SC) funded by Odisha Finance Department and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in India. (2020-Ongoing)

  • Before joining MSC, Diganta was a System Engineer and Developer at Tata Consultancy Services Pvt Limited where he worked on multiple projects with major leading clients. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forest Management with a specialization in Environment Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management in Bhopal. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Oriya.
