Deborah is a Professor in the Department of Women and Gender Studies at the Makerere University, Uganda.

Deborah is a Professor in the Department of Women and Gender Studies at the Makerere University, Uganda. Her research interests lie in access to education for girls. Deborah has worked to enhance the participation of females in secondary schools and to increase the quality of education in primary schools.
