Anirooddha Mukherjee is a Manager in MSC’s Government Social Impact Domain. He is a public health professional with over a decade of hands-on experience working with India's central government, state governments and district administrations.

His areas of expertise include digital health systems innovation, designing health policy frameworks, managing policy-level communications, program design, monitoring and evaluation, and diverse stakeholder management. Before joining MSC, Anirooddha was an Assistant Manager at KPMG India, where he undertook different roles, from setting up to operations management of the National Public Health Observatory (NPHO) at the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. More than 25 vertical national programmes and central government applications were integrated on a single platform in NPHO during his tenure, which provided policy-makers with evidence and insights for informed decision-making. He holds a master’s degree with a specialization in health management from the International Institute of Health Management Research in Delhi, India. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bangla.
