Abhinav Guptha is consultant at MSC and manages financial inclusion lab in India.

Abhinav has led innovation verticals at T-Hub and NPCI, advises start-ups on product development & scaling-up. In professional stints, he was closely working with leading corporations to design and deploy open innovation platforms to launch next generation fintech products. Also, actively involved in launching revolutionary payment products like UPI, BHIM and RuPay. His interest in open banking and API strategy has inducted him as Research Fellow at CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad and explored the impact of open banking products on LMI segment. As an author he published over 15 research papers on consumer behaviour, marketing strategies & digital banking in various global journals. He is a member of various fintech associations across India and regularly speak on emerging fintech ecosystem. He was conferred with 'Jubliant Organsys Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence' for the year 2013. He is alumnus of JNTU Hyderabad and Amity Business School.
