Jyoti specializes in contracting and policy matters and oversees the entire contracting process for global operations. She drafts and reviews contracts and negotiates terms with clients and funders worldwide. She has a strong foundation in corporate law and international business, which enables her to develop and implement corporate policies that adhere to legal standards and promote operational efficiency. She is proficient in cross-cultural communication and effectively navigates the complexities of business across multiple jurisdictions, fosters collaboration across global teams, and drives successful outcomes. Her areas of interest include emerging business laws, international trade regulations, and legal strategies to support the company’s global growth initiatives. Jyoti holds a Master of Laws in Business Law from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India. She is fluent in Hindi and English.
