Elisabeth Kibitek Goueth is an Associate Partner at MSC West and Central Africa. She is based in Dakar, Senegal, and leads the Digital Financial Services practice for MSC’s Francophone Africa domain.

She has more than 15 years of experience, gained through her work in the financial sector through projects with microfinance institutions, banks, and funding firms in Sub-Saharan Africa, especially Cameroon, the DRC, Senegal, and Nigeria. Her areas of expertise include project management, business planning, strategy development, microfinance risk management, digital transformation, alternative delivery channels, and gender. She specializes in organizational evaluation, instructional design, research, and technical assistance. Before she joined MSC, Elisabeth was an independent DFS Expert Consultant who provided technical assistance to various stakeholders. She is passionate about delivering quality work and holds a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is fluent in French and English.
